My package arrived in a horrible state and 50% of the items from the total order were lost. I presume that TEMU is a professional establishment and able to handle this kind of situation.
I tried to contact TEMU, but it was a difficult process.
I sent an email but to no avail. All I need now is to send back the mess they sent me and have my money returned.

I did not get my parcel, the courier delivered at a wrong address
I'm stil waiting for feedback from Temu. Whatever their agreement is with the courier company on missing parcels. All I'm waiting for is to get my money back or my parcel back

Ich habe mehrmals versucht, den starken Magneten mit Seil zu reklamieren, weil nur das Seil gesendet wurde. Bis heute habe ich jedoch keine Antwort erhalten. Das Seil ist noch originalverpackt und befindet sich bei mir in einem Plastiksack.

uncleared payment options closed wthout any reason explained.
As a customer of Temu, I receive a rejection when I attempt to make payments. It states that something concerning the refunding is not okay.
After contacting the bank and Klarna, nobody knows why this rejection is issued. Please check and ensure the account is working properly again. I currently have an open order in my basket and cannot proceed because the payment options are blocked.
Please restore the functionality of my account. Thanks.

Habe mehrmals versucht - den Starken magnetisch mit Seil zu reklamieren, weil nur Seil gesendet wurde - aber bis heute keine Antwort!!!
Seil ist noch originalverpackt bei mir im Plastiksack!!
Der Magnet war nicht dabei - nur das Seil, habe ich noch immer originalverpackt - bin gespannt ob sich von Temu wer bei mir meldet!
