I am writing to report an issue regarding a returned package.
On 21 January, I attempted to return a package to Amazon. Unfortunately, the café shop assisting with the return mistakenly printed a return label from a previous shipment addressed to Temu instead.

When I visited the post office, I was informed that since the package was not intended for Temu, it would likely be returned to me. However, as of today, 12 February, I have not yet received the package back.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance in investigating this matter and advising me on the next steps.

I placed an order at the end of December, and they sent it to the incorrect address. I have contacted them to give them the correct one again, and yet they send one item at a time to the correct address, but my December order still isn't deliverable to the correct address like the individual ones are.
They send duplicate items and then expect me to pay postage to return them, and the card I used to order isn't usable. So if I request a refund for my $99.00, they won't send it to my current bank. So I'm out the order and my money, and being on a senior fixed income, that's a lot of money for me.
Hope they enjoy my money because it seems I won't be able to. So sad, shop elsewhere.

Explained as above, I'm not interested in talking to a technician and joining for $66 per month. I've explained many times about the missing swimsuit, one piece size 12.

I placed numerous orders on or about July 22, 2025. Temu has been pressed for updates to tell me where these orders are.
So far, they have provided nothing. They're pointing the finger at their carrier. Of course, the carrier's business hours are not conducive to good customer service. They do not have 24-hour service.
I have called. I have texted. I have messaged. I do not have any credits.
They say they will provide me with this horrible service. The delays are inexcusable. I want my money back. I want my product delivered.
I will not stop until I have notified every person I can reach about how horrible Temu is. You forced people to have to purchase more to get a credit, which is ridiculous. I want an executive from Temu on the phone with me because I will take this to the Better Business Bureau in the United States.
This time, I am taking this to the top. I am an excellent customer and will not accept this horrible service.

The BBB is is a powerless entity. The only way you are taking anything to the top is if you hire a top law firm in China with your deep pockets.
Your “carrier” doesn’t need 24/7 customer service. Especially over the cheap packages of garbage sold by China.
You can contact the BBB in the States all you want.
It is a joke and means nothing. You need to break down and shop for better quality products.
